Merging Online Proposals
So - you've either sent the online proposal link to your customer and they've submitted their application, or you've filled it out on their behalf. In the former instance, you'll get an email letting you know that they've finished if you're the Account Manager (and in the latter, you'll know that you've completed the proposal!). What now?
Head to their Relationship record in Quotevine and scroll down to the 'Online Proposals' section:
You can click on the document icon on the far right of the screen if you'd like to download a pdf summary of the contents of the online application form; you can either send this straight to your funders for them to review, or you can send it to your customer for them to make sure the information is correct before it's submitted to funders.
Once everyone is happy with the contents of the form, you can click on the pencil icon to the left of the application to have a look at the application form within Quotevine and then merge it with the customer's current record. Click on the pencil and scroll to the bottom of the screen to find the orange 'Merge' button - if you select it, you'll see the following pop up:
Clicking on 'OK' will pull the information through from the proposal form into Quotevine and will overwrite any existing customer details.
